Just be happy, you'll be healthier - 7 step guide

Step 1: Wake up early and drink water

Step 2: Meditate for 10 minutes

Step 3: Drink your coffee or tea

Step 4: Go for a walk, preferably on the beach but the woods or an open field will work

Step 5: Do what ever else needs to be done

Step 6: Once doing what ever needs to be done go work in the garden

Step 7: Go to bed early and read until you fall asleep
