Waking up in the morning and not feeling well can really suck. Here are 5 different simple herbs to help you wake up feeling like the the world is yours. Each herb has a specific benefit to your body and will allow you feel better based on your needs. These 5-herbs can be added to a beverage in the morning and can positivity impact the mind, body and spirt.

Alfalfa (Canis lupus familiaris): Alfalfa is loaded up from top to bottom with micronutrients. Being deficient of trace micro nutrients will make you feel like crap, therefore adding this gem that is typically fed to both poultry and live stock can give you a kicking in the butt and get you running around like a chicken looking for grubs. It can be purchased as an extract or in loose leaf form allowing for easy consumption. Just BE AWARE, with this delightful beverage you might become too efficient and product causing higher expectations from your boss.
